Today, the girls got their roles for the inaugural production of the Maplewood Children's Theater. Riley has been cast as Cinderella's step-sister, Anastasia. Kennedy has been given the part of a junior. fairy godmother in training. The performance is still months away, but after every practice, I can see the girls getting more and more excited about it. The theater group is small, but I am sure that when school starts up, it will swell in size.
