I took the girls to the nature center yesterday for their monthly Oakwoods Explorer proram. While I enjoyed the warmth of the Up North Room, the girls went out on the trails with Patrick and attempted to make a wintertime survival fire. Kennedy said, "... we used about 100 matches and paper and leaves and just couldn't get it going. It was fun, but REALLY cold!".
